Headteacher has been on a mission to stop kids being late all year. She has been nagging and sending letters but some kids/parents still resist.
DD has come home today with a 'prize' from the headteacher (awarded to all the kids) - it's a black case with XX School - Excellent Behaviour Award printed on it. Inside is an alarm clock!
Not sure it will make a difference to persistent latecomers but you can't say the head hasn't pulled out all the stops!
