End of term gifts for teacher

i hate doing this, but DDs want to. Is wine acceptable, and if so is it OK for the kids to hand it over?

I always do wine, and have it on very good authority from ex-head that this is the best gift ever!

Oh yes to wine...any alcohol really. i am also quite like fancy coffee/nice coffee.

Help your child to make a beautiful home made card and write a proper thank you letter. Presents are wonderful but so many parents don't do the simple thing which is most appreciated these days.
