I have a friend who is making a hurried move from London to Manchester due to a work transfer.
She has two boys, aged five and six, and hopes to settle in either Altrincham or Hale. Can anyone recommend any grade one primary schools in those areas? Unfortunately, neither of us have any local knowledge at all so any information would be helpful (not to mention much appreciated!).
