How would you translate 'attainment reached national expectations', 'attainment above national expectations' and 'attainment well above national expectations' into NC levels for a year 1?

A guess; the first description, 1b; second, 1a/2c; the third anything above that?

Here's my guess:
reached: 1b
above: 1a/2c
well above 2b+ onwards....

Must be really annoying to have these vague terms.

Just above NC for a child of his age - means 1A for a year 1 does it? I have lots of this in DS's so am very pleased. Grin
