Uniform recommendarions

DD is currently 8 and is about average size except she is a bit taller than average. This is going to give as a few problems when restocking her uniform for next year, especially with the skirts which are generally too short anyway (except the M&S box pleat which I would like a change from) and trousers which invariably are too wide or too short.

Has anyone else had similar problems and can you suggest certain shops/styles?

M&S do tall trousers for boys - do they not do the same for girls?

Thanks will ckeck that out. Any skirts that really are knee length apart from the one mentioned above?

You could try proper uniform shops, as DD1 has to wear a specific style of skirt and they come in a variety of lengths as well as waist sizes (they are very good quality too). I have just always gone with cheap supermarket ones, elasticated waists and one with an adjustable waist, not sure who from.

Next does slim fit trousers for girls.
