Elocution lessons

Hello. I live abroad but there is a huge demand for English elocution lessons over here (as a back-up to English language lessons)

Does anyone know of a body or institution or board that produces a curriculum I could buy/follow?

If children have elocution lessons leading to exams, what is the name of the organising body?

A programme involving British poems/songs for 3 to 12 year olds would be ideal.

Thank you for your help!
