We are probably moving to Virginia Waters and I am desparately looking for advice and recommendations for a good private prep school for my daughter who is going to be going into Year 2.

I can suggest a few :
Coworth-Flexlands ,which is all girls
Marist Prep, all girls
Hurst Lodge
Bishopsgate , co-ed
Licensed Victuallers - might be abit far but co-ed
These are all very good in my opinion but there are alot in the area. hope this has been helpful

There's also Hall Grove

Bishopsgate is the closest and is good. It is co-ed.

If you want girls-only, then Brigidine or Upton House in Windsor.

upton house is co-ed though. imo coworth-flexlands is a very good option

Upton is a girls' school although does have some boys in the pre-prep.

Coworth-Flexlands is small and basically just a house.

Lambrook is only 10 minutes from Virginia Water

10 minutes will get you to Ascot (if you don't get caught at the double traffic lights at Wentworth). LH is another 10 - 15 minutes beyond that.

The closest school to VW is ACS-Egham, which offers the IB program throughout.

Hurst Lodge is a great option and is close to Virginia Water.
