Finding out about accepted applications in previous years.

DD doesn't start school till Sept 2013, but I was interested - Is there any way I can find out easily how far down the admission criteria previous applications have gone? i.e. have the places 'run out' at 'Looked after children' (V unlikely, I know), or at 'Siblings', etc. In case it's relevant, our LA is Gloucestershire.

For most schools that info appears in the school application handbook you will be posted by your LA nearer the time. Or you can go and have a look at the on line version via your council website under education, our's has just published the 2012-12 one on line, the previous two years are there also. Church schools often do not publish though, it will state you have to ask them direct for the information.
