Activities to help learn letters?

hi all,

DD 3.9 has enjoyed learning letter sounds and she's got pretty good at working out what sound a word begins with, and suggesting a word for a given sound. She really loves it.

I'm just looking for some craft to help her match the sound to the actual letter shape. With the first few we did a scrapbook - I cut up pictures of apple, ant etc for her to match and stick on 'a'. Then we stamped the initial letter next to each picture and I wrote the rest of the word.

Would like something different for the next lot of letters though :) any suggestions please?
