What does SP6 or SP9 on an individual plan from school mean?

These initials/codes are on my DSs 'individual plan' that we were given after parents evening & I would love to know what they mean. Obviously I will ask at school if no one can help but I would rather be able to understand them myself! Thanx

He is 5 and in Reception

Possibly Scale Point 6 and Scale Point 9 -the EYFS profile has Scale points from 1-9 although 9 would indicate a very able child
