Small hurrah needed please for DS2

He's in Yr 3. His sats last year for maths were L1. He really really struggles. But thanks to a brilliant teacher, one-to-one classes and targeted support at home, he has just reached the level expected in yr2!

It's not much in the grand scheme of things but I am so pleased. He may never set the world of advanced mathetmatics on fire but he might just about do OK

That's amazing progress. Well done everyone!

Thats great news.. It just proves that with the right support that most children can improve. A lot of children get lost in a big class but thrive with one-one attention.
This is wonderful, and I also imagine the teachers who have been supporting him are proud as well.
