Year 6 Assesments?

10yo DD has come home today and told me she got a 5C in her R.E assessment, Now I'm not sure what these are? Are they parts of the S.A.T.S? I feel such an idiot for not knowing!

Not part of the SATS which are Eng/Maths/Science but still a very good level. Presumably an RE assessment involved literacy so this is a good indicator of future success.

I teach secondary Languages and we would expect our better kids to get level 5 at the end of year 8, bearing in mind that they begin in year 7 with no level.
