say 'ing' ten say it again, separating the 'i'out, so 'i (pause) ng'. There is your sound :)

'ung' but with a barely pronounced 'uh'- it's the sound at the end of wing, sung, hang etc.

If my memory serves me right the 'Jolly Phonics' picture for the 'ng' sound is a strong man lifting a weight - so a bit of a grunty 'ung' IYSWIM Grin

it's a nasal sound and you should feel vibration if you say it correctly no ung please!
