Just wondering if anyone has any experience of this school. Ds is currently attending local primary school and although he is happy he is very bright and finds the lessons just too easy. The school is not able to do more for him as with all primarys there are 30 kids in each class.
he has been offered a scholarship at Lockers - do I take it??
Thanks

My nephew went there about 10 years ago and was very happy.

Is it a full scholarship or will you have to fund a lot of it?

Other (state) schools round here are really good too. The Hemel Hempstead School is great as is JFK (Catholic).

It is not a full scholarsip - we will have to fund quite a lot. I am also applying for a bursary...

Can he walk there? Does he have friends going there ?

I'm not sure whether it's that much better than the state option, if it was Watford then it would be a different story Grin

Absolutely fantastic school. My son is currently there in year 3 and is thriving. So much more on offer here than in the local state option. Only 11 in the classes, for starters, and a huge range of extra-curricular activities included. I am constantly amazed at how well they know and understand each of the boys individually and what makes them tick. I can't recommend it highly enough.

My son's best friend moved there last year from our local (good) primary, because he was getting lost in a class of 30 children. She is very happy.
