Do you ever get feedback when an incident happens at lunch time? Ds's teachers always tell you if something happens. DS was reprimanded for calling another child a name at lunch. He was quite distressed about it. Just wondered whether you would approach shool for feedback.

i doubt anyone would remember the details of a quick reprimand to a name calling incident!! how many of those must there be each day?

I guess that's true. The crazy think is the child concerned had clearly forgotten about it too. Maybe ds is just too sensitive. Think problem was he was apparently told off by 2 different supervisors. He was quite upset by it.

there will have been LOADs of kids ticked off for various things in a typical lunch time. A playground supervisor is unlikely to remember which child they ticked off and unlikley to have discussed it with a teacher unless a serious incident.
