Home Learning (Need Help On Project)

You are all going to think I am a useless cow but my son has been given a home learning project of building a model of a tudor house.

I know what tudor housees look like but I have no idea how to make a model of one.

They are expecting it to be 3D with rooms inside/different stories (how?), furnishing etc.

I am not at all creative, I have no idea what materials would be needed or how to basically execute it.

My DS hates school and hates projects like this and so I need to help him do it.

Also, I am a single parent with 2 other younger children so it can't take all our time as I have to look after them and it has got to be cheaper than cheap.

TIA for any insight!

Where do I start?

Stick a couple of shoeboxes together along their long side (or cereal boxes - 2 small weetabix boxes would give the same effect)- gives you a house with 2 stories. Paint the outside.

this is quite useful -
