from reading various threads on here im thinking that my son isnt getting enough from his reception class..... i just need another perspective on whether i need to speak to the teacher or anything please
i think shes pretty rigidly following letters and sounds as theyve only just started phonics... they spent ages on listening walks and phonological awareness etc.... it just all seems SO slow..... not all of the sounds have been covered yet... no words home.. no tricky words introduced and only WORDLESS PICTURE BOOKS..... last time his wordless picture book was changed was dec 9th....
am i worrying for no reason? is this fine ?
