I've got a nearly 9 year old boy, year 4, who's very able at maths.

I like to help him with maths assessment papers; we do one a week. We've done Bonds assessment papers and are on age 9-10, the third one. My problem is he's borderline levels 3/4, and we've done all the papers targeted at that level.

Any ideas? I don't know any other publishers; I'm looking for level 3/4 or possibly easier level 4's.

Ok, you may not like this....... I am a maths teacher and LOVE maths but is about so much more than tests! If he wants to develop then there are loads of ways you can do it together in a more fun way! Countdown type number games etc. Coolmathgames.com etc. If you really have to do formal written work then the cgp books are as good as any, but I would recommend a more problem solving investigative approach . I don't know any books off the top of my head but smiths usually have them!
