Help! - has anyone successfully defeated a phone mast application near a school - and if so, what are the very best methods? This mast has actually gone up, and council says it can't do much because it is less than 15m high and doesn't need full planning permission as a result. Any advice - esp from planning lawyers and councillors - hugely welcome. Have already consulted MP, councillors, mayor etc - but so far, everyone is just wringing their hands.
