Hi, I am new here and am just getting into taking part in threads. I am sure that I replied to a thread here in primary ed this afternoon but its vanished!
I've tried in the 'I'm on' box...not there! Confused

Do they pull whole threads and if, so, why?

What was the thread about?

Lydwatt · 24/10/2010 08:34

someone was asking advice about applying for a place in a reception class where there was a lot of SEN at the school where dd1 was already happy and settled...or if they should change school.

I don't want to invite it starting up again if it caused offence or upset to anyone...which it must have to be pulled. Its the only thing I can imagine happened and that makes me sad as I can see SEN is a sensitive issue for many many families.

Ahhh yes, I read that one - not surprised it was pulled.

SuePurblybilt · 24/10/2010 08:48

Oh has it gone? I wanted to see what the consensus was on that - I have a vaguely similar situation (but not SEN related)and was interested in moving-school stories.

I guess it became horrid Sad

Feenie · 24/10/2010 08:56

The whole thread was horrid.

That shows you my inexperience and i will be more careful which threads I get tempted to contribute to in future....I absolutely do not wish to cause (or to contribute to something) that is or becomes offensive. I did not see how it developed but it clearly turned nasty. Blush

I am new here but that doesn't seem to me to be what this is all about...

Thank you for filling me in on how this works

Don't worry Lydwatt, I didn't cop the OP being nasty and I've been here years [hgrin]
Must learn to read posts properly........
