My DD1 would be starting school next September and I am looking at the following Catholic primary schools:
Margaret Roper as our first choice
St Aidan's as our second.
I will be attending the open days over the next few weeks and would appreciate any info on both of these schools from parents with children already there, or, who have attended in the past - eg what to be aware of, where do the children typically end up after 11+? mostly Catholic schools? grammars? non-selective schools? what to avoid, dos and don'ts etc.

Very difficult to get in. You need to be a regular attender at the local churches and contribue to the community. The assumption is your dc will go on to catholic secondaries. If you mention any other you probably wont get in.
