Maybe this is more of a rant than a question, really. But DD (10) claims it is impossible to keep stuff neat in her school bag, despite it having several pockets, and us having provided her with plastic folders.
This morning she presented me with some screwed up newsletters from school. She also had a piece of paper she was supposed to draw on, slightly less screwed up, but folded for no good reason. Then she took her coat out of her bag to wear - it had just been stuffed in randomly and was totally crumpled. I'm no neat freak, but she looked like she'd slept in it
