YR 2 SPELLINGS

Can anyone tell me where I can find a list of Year 2 spellings? Is it something that gets tested at SATS? If so, is there a list of spellings to get a 3/ a 2a/ 2b etc?

I wasn't aware there was a list of year 2 spellings certainly dd never saw one and she got level 3 last year

if you're concerned about your dc's spelling ime the best way to improve spelling is to get your child reading loads and loads and loads - and then some more - all that use of language and correct spelling seems to get transferred into a child's brain by osmosis :)

Support for Spelling might help, it has objectives for each Year/Term.
