maths whizz - anyone else having problems in getting on to site

My daughter has been unable to access the part of the site containing the tests/exercises for the past three days. I have rung the helpdesk during the opening hours advertised, but can't get a reply other than a voicemail message. Just wondered whether anyone else was also expereincing problems?

dd went on it yesterday without any problems. Haven't tried today.

They've just phoned us back and problem was solved - really nice guys on the other end of the phone!

That's good. My dd loves the site - has just saved up enough credits to buy her second kitten!

I think they are a great company to deal with and glad to hear you have got your issue resolved. We have had no problems at all.

I really like the product and have noticed its very addictive.

I would like a bit more info on the parent reporting though. Maths age doesnt really mean anything

Last couple of weeks there has been a link to a game in the jungle, but this has now disappeared and been replaced with an envelope.

But nothing happens when you click the envelope.

I thought I read somewhere that you get sent messages now and again but cant find where I read it

Oh, I see - haven't seen it, but then, I am usually cooking when dd is using the site, so I don't tend to notice much! I'll have to ask her about the envelope!
