Phonic sounds worksheet??

Hi, does anyone know of a worksheet that I can get online of phonic blends. We were given one in reception class and I have lost it! (Bad parent!) We didn't do much reading during the summer, and it seems my daughter has forgotten everything she has learnt! I would like to help refresh her memory on sounds like "ing", "oa" ect. anyone have anything??!
