Sick night before school

Four year old DS sick twice tonight. I don't know whether its nerves - he has been quite happy about going to school and not as bad as his older brother, who also goes back tomorrow. So do I send him now, if he's not sick again? I know policy about sickness is 24 hours usually, but he wasn't poorly all day til this happened. Don't want him to miss first day unless its obviously a bug.

If he's been sick twice it could well be a bug. I personally don't think I wouldn't risk sending him. His first day wouldn't go well if we was sick at school. Why not wait til Tuesday.
