warm girls' boots/shoes for playground

last winter poor dd1 froze in the playground. She refuses to wear trousers, so this year I want to buy her some cosy boots or shoes to at least make the experience a bit more pleasant for her.

Anyone have any suggestions where to buy them? No laces as she's a bit dyspraxic and can't cope with fiddly fastenings.

DD usually gets Ricosta boots, from an independent retailer, they have a waterproof membrane and are really long lasting and lovely and soft to wear.. we are going at the end of September to look for hers!
