End of primary gift, anyone buying anything?

If so what?

Ds is leaving primary soon and I was thinking of buying something small to mark the occasion. Was thinking a watch, useful but dull. Anyone else got any bright ideas? Will also be drawing him a card as he tends to keep things like that.

A watch is a nice idea.

I know that DS would love a globe, but then he is a bit weird!

Or a telescope. See - he is def a bit weird!

Definately a pony!

oh i thought you meant for the teacher! No, I wouldn't buy a gift for mine, nor the teacher for that matter.

No, I'm not but she will get a few new bits when she starts her new school in September.

Sorry, DP is living in fear that DD@S will want a pony!

WHat about an "experience" present.
