Periods and personal care...what is available /missing?

I have done another thread as I've come up with a business idea I'd like to get feedback on. However I thought I'd research with preteen mums if there is a need for it and what you all currently buy / have found is missing from the personal care market for younger girls.

When starting to think about my own little girl going through this I came up with the idea because I can't find any products that seem appropriate for her age. I started my period at 10 and I'm sure sharing at around 12 as I had very dark leg hair. I felt so embarrassed and would steal my mum's products. However while I'm not a clean beauty / tin foil hat parent I am becoming more aware and knowledgeable of how much crap is in beauty and personal care products that can cause cancer and disrupt your hormones. As always we prioritise our kids and I worry less about what I use but wouldn't want her using it!

So I wondered if anyone else is seeking cleaner personal care products for their preteens that are actually designed to appeal to young girls? I can imagine handing my daughter tampax or Gillette. Where is kids stuff?

I would love your thoughts on this and ideas if it is a good idea/ something your would buy as a subscription or one off product.

Thanks in advance

Period pants have solved all that drama in our household.

Oh and we tried deodorant without aluminium, but it was not successful. Mitchum is the only one that works in our clearly stinky family!

Period pants for teens and younger are a game changer, made things so much easier
