Podcast/Audiobooks for resilience?

Dd(11) hit puberty very early and is now generally taken for being much older due to physical size and shape. She is a very young 11 emotionally though, and these past few months (since periods began) she has become increasingly moody, sad, and very down on herself. If she can’t do something right first time, she is rubbish and stupid and shouldn’t even bother trying (her words). When with her friends, if anything goes even slightly wrong she gets very grumpy and often stomps off in tears. She really struggles to moderate her responses, then gets angry with herself for being angry! She’s starting to think there is something wrong with her. She likes podcasts, so am hoping for recommendations for age appropriate podcasts (or audiobooks) that might help with building resilience, and managing these big emotions. She’s a lovely, bright kid and I hate to see her struggling so much 😔
