i Have 2 daughters - one 11 yo who eats well and 13 yo who is a fussy eater and v slight. I know the 13 yo hasn’t as she’d say but my 11 yo was complaining of a headache 2 days in a row. The said she’s been having red/brown coming out when she did the loo and does has streaks for brown toward front of knickers. I put a pad on and small spot of something in the morning. I can’t tell if poo or period. She said she’d had dull pains where you’d expect for period pains but not sure if her first period or a show or coincidence. It could be a uti but other than the headache. I was 14 when I had my first period and my mum said she was 16. I’m not sure on my husbands side as she’s passed and I never asked. My Dd is neurodiverse so want to ensure she’s equipped
