Calcium rich foods for dd 10

Not sure if this is the right place to post but hopefully I can get some ideas for calcium rich foods.

Dd 10 has went off most foods, she won't take milk, yoghurt or cheese, fruit will only eat pineapple or strawberries. Won't eat cereal- will only eat breakfast if it's a nutella sandwich. Will only eat carrots or brocolli and very little potatoes. Only drinks water or sometimes fizzy juice.

I'm worried she's not getting enough vitamins especially calcium.

I was very similar when young, didn't eat any calcium rich foods really. I always had a multivitamin with calcium every day though

That's an extremely limited diet.

Is the bread fortified that's she's having in the morning? And can you up her Broccoli portion.

There's a list of calcium rich foods here. I'd be tempted to show her the list and ask her which foods she'll eat so that she gets the recommended 800mg.

I went off almost all dairy as a child & started taking a multivitamin to compensate. I'm better now, but still can't stomach drinking a glass of milk for example.
So I'd give her a multivitamin & then explore new foods with her.
Will she eat curry - as it can have yoghurt in it. Flapjacks made with oats are a good source of calcium. You can make Nutella flapjacks too if that'll help? If you add a few seeds or nuts that will increase the calcium content.
Nuts?
Broccoli & bacon pesto pasta. Broccoli & beef stir fry.
Oven roasted broccoli is really nice.
Add beans or lentils? Jools Oliver's Easy Chicken curry is fab & has both yoghurt & green lentils - tastes great.
