Have your periods gone haywire since your dd started?

Not sure if it's perimenopause or just a response to dd starting her periods.

DD had her first period which was light. Then nothing for 2 months. Then another more normal period which coincided with mine. But now 2w later she started again a couple of days ago and today I've come on totally out of the blue. It feels like a proper period too. I'm usually really clockwork.

Has anyone experienced this?

No but me and DD have both been like clockwork from the off.

If she's irregular though it's bound to have an effect on your cycle.

Ha! You dd is the Alpha female in the house. Just kidding, watching with interest.

Yes! My period synched with hers. But it's fine back to my cycle now (basically giving me an extra period; thanks DD Hmm).

Honestly I did feel like DDs young whippersnapper hormones had bested my own! Obviously I didn't tell her that.
