Hello,
3 years ago my DS had an emergency circumcision (on his 7th birthday). It's taken me this long to realise he is utterly terrified of anything going wrong with his health and that death is a real possibility from the smallest nick on his finger. I don't know what to do to help him. He refuses to talk about the surgery although last night tearfully said something along the lines of "that man in hospital said I might die". Has anyone had any experience with this kind of thing? I can see the fear is really controlling his life and thinking. Bless him. Thank you, if you read/reply.
