11 year old boy

Just a quick question as Im wondering if this is just my Son...
At around age 11 is it 'normal' for boys to almost constantly make stupid noises, talk in silly ways generally act very ott and quite annoying ESPECIALLY when something is being asked of them.
I thought that was all behind me with the toddler years over but apparently not!?
Can anyone relate? x

Yes I do the same and try and ignore, the latest is pretending to talk like a 'gangsta' think its come from his friends. Its mortifying and I dont know weather to laugh or cry! Lol

My ds latest thing is to say ‘that’s nice’ after anything you say to him! It’s so dismissive it’s infuriating

Are you sure he hasn't been watching Mrs. Brown? "That's nice" actually means f off in the programme 😂
My ds has started to make the stupid mandalorian noise. So annoying especially out in public. I haven't let on it annoys me because he will do it more!

Mine is also very dismissive, barely any eye contact unless he is talking! Generally seems to walk about like he owns the place lots of arrogance. Oh the joy :)

Ds is 11 and doesn’t do this... maybe I have it all to come?? 🙈
