Facts of Life Book for 9 year old DS

Can anyone recommend a good one? Not too babyish and not too old? Struggling to find a happy medium atm

We used "Let's talk about the birds and bees" by Molly Potter, when he was a bit older we got "Puberty Boy" by Geoff Price, both seem to have done the job.
