7 year old with a horride mood

My 7 year old daughter is currently going through some body changes. She has grown this incredible horrible attitude to everything that is said or asked of her. Im at my wits end as to what to do. I have carried on with our normal discipline routine, but nothing seems to work at the moment, she has an answer for everything. HELP!!

This sounds like my DD at 9. The only thing that seemed to work was bringing bedtime forward. We obviously stayed calm and talked to her but if she had to do something and wouldn't then we'd say ok but you go to bed 15 minutes earlier.
