Hi it my first post so go easy on me lol.
My daughter 11 but a big girl. Shes 5 ft wears age 14/15 clothes (mostly primark leggings and hoodies) school jumper a 36"
She has confirmation this year and I need to get her something nice to wear. It mostly dresses 'pretty' clothes my problem is to get her size it going into more teenage / adult stuff which are revealing/ wrong shape.
Any advice on where to shop to get nice dresses?
I also hate taking her places and everything to small she seen a beautiful Ted baker dress tried on a age 16 and it wouldn't even go on she was so upset.
Thanks

Have you tried Quiz clothing? They have a lovely but fairly decent price dresses for special occasions.

How about the women's petite range at New Look such as these There'll always be done that are too grown up but you should be able to find something?

My daughter is 11 she is 5ft and wears a ladies size 10. I only shop for her in the women's section. Usually new look, primark, Asda, Sainsburys and next.

Thanks mumunderthemoon.
Will keep looking.
Does your daughter mind shopping in adults section. My dd doesn't like it. She gets embrassed I normally just buy them and say nothing to her. But I need her to try dresses on now.

She loves it but she's very into fashion(has a bit of a 90s grunge thing going on) as far as she's concerned it's just more clothes to choose from. And also I just take her clothes shopping boys section/ girls section/ men's/ women's it's all just clothes and she wears whatever she wants.

Also if your dd wears age 14/15 a size 8 is probably a safe bet my dd only wears a 10 because some medical issues leave her bloated and a bit round in the mid section.

Next goes up to 15 ad 16. I use it for my very tall ..5ft.2 grandaughter aged 10 and a half. Some great fashion but you have to go on line for sizes beyond aged 12. They don't keep the bigger sizes in stock. I usually order 2 sizes and return the wrong size to shop. Usually pick up free from shop as well. It's ridiculous that they don't keep them in stock but they have some great inexpensive lines. Also get some things from Marks and Spencer.
