dd1s bully has come over, how do I get rid of her

DD1's bully has come over, dd2 let her in by accident. Dd1 is 12 btw.

It turns out this girl has been encouraging dd1 to self harm and is pretty much a cause of her school misery.

I've only just found this out.

I could do with a straight forward, not cruel phrase to ask her to go.

The fact that you're aware of it and have noticed it is a problem already is much better than how my in laws dealt with it. They did nothing and thought it would sort itself out. They also actively encouraged the brothers to compete against each other. Just keep an active eye on it, and definitely make sure home is somewhere your bullied DD can be herself and feel safe.

It seems so odd she just came over that way. Do you think she has some kind of problem and doesn't realise she is upsetting dd1?

Communication is key, my ds's call them mums lectures but it's just finding time together and ransoms when they are away from each other to talk.
My ds1 is 5.10 at 13 and ds2 is 11 and big set. Ds1 doesn't make comments about his height as much as he used to because I explain ds2 feels bad that he's not as tall or slim.

I'm aware that this girl has problems at home mum holds down two jobs and her late teens brother is more interested in smoking weed and his gf So she gets kicked out if their home when mums not there.

But the online meanness, the encouragement to self harm and stirring things up with dd1 friends, is a bit much as it makes dd1 cry. And then she behaves the same way to see, which in trying hard to help stop it.
