What are you doing for your 11 year olds birthday?

What are you doing or did you do for your 11 year olds birthday? My daughter has a lovely group of friends (most of the time anyway!) And some cousins that we would have to invite to keep the peace so need ideas for what to do with a group of 12 or so girls.

Any ideas would be appreciated. As birthday is close to Christmas would like to keep it to £100-200 max.

How about going to the cinema or bowling?

We did a Lush Beauty school party and later took two friends to a water park for an obstacle course session.

She loved the teenage chocolate making party we did for her 10th birthday.

We did indoor karting with pizza afterwards. Girls absolutely loved it. Not the usual "girls" party but it was brilliant.

We took them to the national video game arcade

Lush is a fun idea but I don't think they do it in December.

DS had a trip to the cinema and a sleepover with pizza.

Recording studio party for 2 hours. Includes a professional photo booth with props, 2 tracks sang by the girls in a professional recording studio with backing tracks food and a dance. £195 for 14 of them. My soon to be 11 year old has a December brithday too.

My DD just had her 11th and she had 3 friends for an evening of roller skating and a sleepover.

When they got here after school, they had a lovely junky tea and fancy milkshakes which I made. Then they went skating...then on the way home, DH took them for chips and icecream at a local parlour.

Then home, movie in bed with snacks.

My DD had a sushi making lesson at Yo Sushi and got to take it all home, yum yum!

She loved it and has asked to do it again for her 12th party!

BillyWilliamTheThird · 22/12/2019 15:41

DS had a trip to the National Marine Aquarium with behind the scene tour for him plus 4 mates, followed by burgers and a sleepover. Probs came to about £250 in total.

My DD is having 1 friend to a trampoline park then staying for a sleepover.

Parties she's been to recently:

Lazer tag - didn't enjoy it.
Painting pottery - LOVED that one!
Trampoline park - great!
Bowling - ok.
Cinema - good but depends what's on.
