Help! I am at the end of my tether! DD is 10, nearly 11.
She's rude, argumentative and lazy. If she's not scowling she's smirking and is totally ambivalent to any normal punishment.
Everyone keeps saying it's normal but I am finding it increasingly difficult not to lose it with her.
Any tips?!
