Is this the start of DD periods?

My DD will be 10 next month and has had had a bit of discharge plus a bit of blood. She said it was stinging a bit. No obvious signs of puberty though she is very tall.

I looked this up recently, it usually goes breast buds, pubic hair, periods, with periods starting about 2 years after the breast buds start developing. Try ringing 111?

If it’s stinging, could she have cystitis?
