Preteens
Can you ecommended antiperspirants for preteens please?

My DS1 is nearly 11 and starting to get wiffy. Problem is he's totally against using deodorant, too smelly, or too sticky! Can anyone recommend a good 'non-offensive' antiperspirant ?

Try an unscented one, I use Mitchum which is really good. The stick rather than roll on or spray as I don't like stickiness either.

Thanks Intusive, I just bought that one this week, had to put it on my hand to show hi. It was ok, it will be the fifth antiperspirant I've bought, cross fingers he'll start using it!

I'm allergic to deodorants containing aluminium, and after researching a bit about it, I'd rather my DCs not use any with it in until they're old enough to understand and make an informed choice about it. And they both have sensitive skin like me too.
I use Bionsen spray, it's lightly scented and DS1 who's also 11 uses that. He generally showers twice a day though, once in the morning before school and then when he comes in from playing outside (because he stinks of field and mud).

My son uses this one : www.amazon.co.uk/Keep-It-Kind-Fragranced-Deodorant/dp/B00D8XKHEK/ref=pd_sim_194_2?ie=UTF8&dpID=31PK15ziAaL&dpSrc=sims&preST=AC_UL160_SR107%2C160&refRID=06FQXBZJ7JTPM81GEC3P&tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21
'Keep It Kind'. Spray deodorant without aluminium, although I have just noticed that it isn't an antiperspirant. I but from sainsburys where is costs approx £2, but I think Tesco also sell.

Thanks too, Tumpy, that's really reasonably priced too!
