Removal of privileges

Hi, my son is 9 years old. Lately he has been pushing the boundaries more and more. Particularly being rude/back chat and refusing to go to his room, so he's not listening. We have been withholding his game time privilege for 24 hours, but after that, we are left with very little to take away from him, so have resorted to sending him to bed earlier, which doesn't really bother him. Wondering if there are any other privileges that can be removed. I was thinking about taking a certain amount of pocket money from him, but he's given that weekly for completing his chores daily. Any advice, would be grateful. Thank you!

Add chores, boring and tedious with no screens/free time until they're done to your satisfaction.
