Hi there, new to mumsnet, been looking around on the site a bit but need direct, up to date advice.
Just plucked a tick out of our cat, we are in Surrey. I am surprised I thought it was more common in rural areas. We do have a rather large garden with shrubs leading into the woods.
I am now considering vaccinating my kids, the youngest is 1 1/2.
Does anyone on here have experiences with the FSME vaccine for kids? We are quite outdoorsy and have a cat and a dog.
No allergies in the family.
