Hi, DDis a bookworm, and while she has just turned 8, I'm wanting to look at getting a book that explains about growing up and changes to your body, one which won't freak her out and she'll enjoy reading / picking up and dipping into

(prompted by DD going to toilet and having a little blood on her toilet paper - from an -uber poo - and i hada fleeting thought she was starting herperiod!!! But thankfully, hadn't!!!)

wouldreally welcome any recommendations, or any that are rubbish and to avoid!!

I might invest in both books too. DS is almost 8 and I think I'll need to start talking about growing up in more depth. Might as well get one ready for 6yo DD in the future.
