I don't think I would do much, I'm not sure whether it's quite young but even If it is he has started now, so is not likely to stop! I would probably take this opportunity to start talking to him about healthy sex/pornography etc of you haven't already and I would also start knocking ! :-)

I caught my stepson a few weeks back doing same (hr is 10.5) but he was on landing outside my bedroom door - waiting for the loo I think. We already have the "knock first" rule here because I get really pissed off with both kids just waltzing into my bedroom uninvited when I am trying to get dressed (dp works nights and I am normally up before he gets home - mind less when he is here) but we did have the "it's a private thing and for your bedroom only" chat and the "please change the bedding if you need to and put the dirty in the machine" which so far he has done happily.

considering I've been doing it in various forms as long as I can remember I was probably under 4 when I started, though I don't remember it being pleasurable until my teens. just something I was compelled to do.

so 10 isn't really that odd I don't think. I'd just knock :p and let him know if he needs to talk about anything he can :)
