What can I do for spots/ blackheads on a 9 year old?

Hi, my daughter has started to go through puberty quite early, and has started to get some spots on her face and back and blackheads on her nose. She has SEN's and won't splash her face with water, so the only way we can wash it is with wipes. We used to use baby wipes, now we've bought some tea tree ones. They don't seem to be helping though. Is there anything else we could try?
Thanks.

My. DD is the same wrt SEN/ face splashing issues. I've found the yellow mango scented Simple face wipes a god send for this. Simple face wipes are very gentle on younger skin, in fact we both use the Simple skincare range now.

BeerTricksPotter- we aren't getting any support with this as such. We've just come to accept it. She is so much better at being cleaned in general now, and will actually wash herself in the bath with supervision. She's made massive progress. Smile
