does anyone have a son with long hair?

just wondering because i seem to get a lot of attention about having a boy with long hair. Mostly negative.

Two of mine do, and have had for years. They are 19 and 12. My sixteen year old on the other hand cannot go to the barbers often enough. We did a get a few comments when the youngest was in infants and lower juniors because it was still relatively unusual then, but once it became much more commonplace then people eventually gave up and laid off. I liked my son to have chin or shoulder length blonde curls when he was a toddler but TBH I wish they'd both cut it a bit now - it's too long. But they are old enough to choose how they want to look, and they want it long.
