Books for pre-teen and parents?

I have one great book for dd, gently explaining puberty with no sex ed and great for a younger girl. Are their others that can be recommend.

One book I'm yet to get is for me, I've found dd has changed so much in the last year and really would love to see more books for parents of pre-teens/teens. Anyone

Thanks. I've ordered it for DD(9). She has no interest in learning about sex but needs to know what's happening with her body. This book looks like it'll do the trick.

this one makes very shocking reading but it's ture about girls growing up in today. So must more pressure on them and the media well do I need to say more.
